Sohail Ahmed starrer “Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne” to hit cinema on Oct 5

LAHORE: Veteran Actor Sohail Ahmed Thursday confirmed the release of the Pakistan-India- co-produced film “Babe Bhangra Paunde Ne” across the country, including Lahore and all other major cities.

Hasb-e-Haal’s Azizi released a video message regarding the film, hints of the story and the huge cast from both the countries in this joint production venture.

The movie is a production of the lead actor Diljit Dosanjh himself and is directed by Amarjit Singh.

The acting cast includes the producer Diljit, the Qismat Actress Sargun Mehta, and a senior Punjabi actress Gurpreet Bhangu along with the legendary veteran stage-actor Sohail Ahmed and others.

The plot of the film revolves around the hilarious plan of three Punjabi young men to be rich by an insurance claim, for which they adopt an Oldman as their father. The character of the old man is played by Sohail Ahmed.

The movie is shot in Canada and will be released on 5th of October worldwide.
