Student protests continued at Peshawar University for seventh consecutive day

PESHAWAR: Students of Peshawar University continued their protest for the seventh consecutive day on Monday against the recent increase fees and other charges.

The students have set up a demonstration camp outside the administration block and they said that protest will be continue till the decision of increasing the fees will not take back.

They have also sought scholarships and for the university to provide facilities such as transport and housing to students.

Meanwhile, the university administration has informed students that a meeting will be held on December 7 to discuss the increase in tuition fees.
