Taapsee Pannu and Anurag Kashyap reunited for ‘Saand Ki Ankh’

MUMBAI: Anurag Kashyap and Taapsee Pannu are coming together once again after the much acclaimed Manmarziyan. The film titled Saand Ki Aankh is currently being shot with Taapsee and Bhumi Pednekar playing the lead characters.

But what’s interesting is the fact that even before Kashyap has finished shooting Saand Ki Aankh, he is planning a third outing with Taapsee. Apparently, it is going to be a supernatural thriller, a genre that is becoming everyone’s favourite post the success of Stree.  

Anurag is quoted saying, “Taapsee keeps me on my toes and is on a mission to make me take on challenges. I have never done anything like this before, so I am looking forward to it.”

Taapsee, on the other hand, shared that she was sure of getting to work with the director yet again, but didn’t know it would happen so soon. She revealed she and Kashyap had been discussing stories and they all agreed on this one. She’s looking forward to this film as she hasn’t explored a supernatural genre yet. The supernatural project will be produced by Sunil Khetrapal.
