ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Interior, Talal Chaudhry appreciated the Supreme Court decision to reject the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) plea to reopen the Hudaibiya Paper Mills Case.
Talal termed the apex court decision purely on merit and saying that today’s decision will protect the dignity of the Supreme Court.
This he said while talking private news channel on Friday. He added that decision in Hudaibiya case is a win for the judiciary and courts.
He added that Hudaibiya case was purely based on the political basis and as a political worker I would say this; the courts and institutions should stay away from political matters with the aim to maintain the dignity of the court.
