Taliban show concern over passing away of detainee

KABUL: Tragic news has again been received from the notorious Pul-e-Charkhi prison about the passing away of a detainee – Ajab Gul s/o Haji Bor from Ganjabad village of Farah province’s Bala Baluk district – in 10th Block of the aforementioned prison last night, surely to Allah we belong and to Him is the return.

The detainee who passed away was suffering from an illness for a protracted time yet he was not given the ne-cessary treatment in prison.
The late Ajab lost his life from to a curable disease a-kin to the other oppressed prisoners that have passed away during the course of this year.
This detainee lost his precious life as the lives of hundreds of other inmates in the prisons of Kabul and invaders are threatened by various dangerous diseases including the recent global coronavirus pandemic.
The Kabul administration and their foreign backers have no fundamental roadmap for improving the medial conditions nor are they allowing the relatives of imprisoned to give sick detainees proper medical treatment.
The Commission once again calls on all international human right organizations, humanitarian hea-lth foundations and other independent relief groups to take effective steps in a-ddressing these conditions, discharging their responsibilities and help in taking to account the violators.
