Telenor Pakistan 345 Campus obtaines highest rating

ISLAMABAD: Telenor Pakistan 345 Campus has been ranked as of one the most effective work environments providing outstanding experience for employees by Leesman, a global firm that examines how workplaces affect employee and organizational performance.

Leesman determined the ranking using its Leesman Index (LMI), a global business intelligence rating system, which captures employee feedback on how effectively the workplace supports them. The Leesman Index measures a variety of factors, including employee pride, satisfaction with workplace and work activity as well as service, physical and environmental features of the workplace.

With a score of 78.6 LMI (Leesman Index), Telenor Pakistan 345 Campus obtained the highest rating, Leesman+, which is awarded to an elite group of workplaces with an LMI of 70 or above.

In 2018, Telenor Pakistan 345 Campus was benchmarked against 971 other workplaces, and with an overall ranking of 11, landed in the elite group of only 28 workplaces certified during the year.

The rating also puts Telenor Pakistan amongst the only 100 Leesman+ certified workplaces globally to date.

The state-of-the-art Telenor Pakistan Campus 345 has won many prestigious architectural awards including the 2A Continental Architectural Award 2018 in the ‘Commercial – Office & Business – Asia’ category, the World Architecture Community Award 2018 in the ‘Realised’ Category and the ADA Award in the category of Public Amenity & Commercial Buildings.

Telenor Pakistan is 100% owned by Telenor Group and has a footprint spanning throughout the country. With a subscriber base of over 44 Million, it is the second largest mobile operator in Pakistan. Telenor launched its operations in Pakistan in 2005 and has a workforce of over 1,600 employees.
