‘There is no place for criminal groups in Mazar-e-Sharif’

MAZAR-E-SHARIF (Agencies): Security officials in Balkh say that the security forces of Lashkar-e Mansouri in Balkh are assuring that there is no place for thieves and criminal groups in Mazar-e-Sharif.

Abdul Hai Abed, the security chief of Balkh police command, told this news agency, for several days now, Mansouri’s army, which has been equipped with advanced military equipment and special military training, entered Mazar-e-Sharif to ensure security.

He added that the soldiers have been patrolling the area around Mazar-e-Sharif for 24 hours.

Abed assures the citizens of Mazar-e-Sharif that they will be arrested as soon as possible in a place where criminal gangs and thieves disturb the people.

He added that since the victory of the Islamic Emirate, one hundred and seventy-six people have been arrested on suspicion of robbery, kidnapping and other criminal offenses.

Abed called on the citizens of Mazar-e-Sharif to cooperate with the security forces for ensure the security of the citizens.
