Tik Toker Imran sent to jail

PESHAWAR: Judicial Magistrate Peshawar has sent Tik Toker Imran alias Cheeta to jail on 14 days judicial remand in 9th & 10th May vandalism after arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on corruption charges, on Monday.

According to prosecution, Tik Toker Imran alias Cheeta attacked police and state’s buildings with bow as well as make video and uploaded on social media.

Police has nominated Tik Toker Imran after identification in the case while took into custody last week. However, judicial magistrate sent him to jail after completion of remand.

Meanwhile, Special Judge Anti-corruption Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Babar Ali Khan has adjourned hearing till 3rd October in in-term bail plea filed by former Member National Assembly Peer Mussawar Shah in illegal recruitment case and issued notice to complainant.

According to Anti-corruption former MNA has nominated in cases regarding illegal recruitment at district hospital Malakand after completion of inquiry.

Special Judge Anti-corruption Babar Ali Khan adjourned further hearing till 3rd October due to unavailability of complainant during the hearing.
