Treatment of addicts one of IE priorities: Hanafi

KABUL (Agencies): Acting Vice and Virtue Minister, Sheikh Mohammad Khalid Hanafi said in a 3-day training seminar for 3,500 drug addicts that the treatment of drug addicts one of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan priorities.
On the starts of the seminar, Minister Hanafi said that the Ministry of Vice and Virtue striving to eradicate this bad phenomenon once and all from the country.
The religious scholars of the Ministry of Vice and Virtue will show you the basic rules of Islam so that you can be physically and spiritually find your health back and be able to returned to their homes he added.
The Deputy Minister of Interior for Counter-Narcotics on the opening of the seminar that said the Islamic Emirate is committed to a serious fight against drugs and that efforts are being made to treat drug addicts.
He called on international charities and organizations to cooperate with the Islamic Emirate in this respect.
