Turkmenistan Foreign Minister reaches Islamabad

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan, Rashid Meredov arrives in Islamabad on Monday for a two-day official visit to hold talks with Pakistani leadership to discuss bilateral and regional issues.

Rashid Meredov is arrived in Islamabad at the invitation of Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif.

Both the foreign ministers will lead high-level delegations at the inaugural session of Pakistan-Turkmenistan Bilateral Political Consultations.

Foreign Office issued a statement in this regard, it was said that the visit by the Turkmen Foreign Minister will strengthen the relation between the two countries and its part of Pakistan endeavors to deepen its engagement with the Central Asian country and build a strong bond of economic partnership.
