Two civilians injured in Indian forces firing across LoC

F.P. Report

RAWALPINDI: Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has said that two civilians were injured in Indian Army firing in Bagsar Sector of Line of Control (LOC) targeting civilian population.

The media wing of military ISPR told media that the injured civilians were identified as Azmat Bibi, age 55 years, and Baba Jan, son of Ghulam Muhammad, (age 75 years, resident of Mera village).

ISPR added that besides deliberately targeting civilians, India continues with false claims, alleging Pakistan Army for targeting civilian population across the LoC in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

It further said that Pakistan Army has many a times expressed its principle ethical stance of never targeting civilian population, being a highly professional force, let alone the already suppressed Kashmiri brethren across the LoC in IoK.

“Deliberate targeting of innocent civilians in AJ&K by Indian Army shall never go unnoticed and Pakistan army will defend the citizens at all cost through effective and targeted response.”

The army’s media cell said that in the air and maritime domains, Pakistan Air Force and Pakistan Navy continue maintaining state of vigilance and alertness.
