Two held for impersonating as intelligence officers

PESHAWAR: Capital City Police on Monday claimed to have arrested two suspected persons who impersonating themselves as intelligence agency personnel and recovered fake service cards and pistol from thier possession.

Station House Officer (SHO) Sharqi police station, Muhammad Inam Khan took action on a tip-off and arrested two fake intelligence agency personnel identified as Wahid Ullah and Abdul Qadir Residents of Bannu.

Police official said that fake service cards, fake documents and 9mm pistol have been recovered from thier possession.

Official added they looted innocent people by impersonating themselves as intelligence personnel.

The First Information Report has been registered against the impersonators.

The arrested perons confessed to their crimes in initial interrogation and further investigation is underway from them.
