LAGHMAN: Two key commanders of Taliban group have been killed in a operation conducted by the Afghan Special Forces in Laghman province of Afghanistan.
The local officials told Afghan media that Afghan Special Forces conducted air and ground operations and targeted the Taliban hideout in Alingar district of Laghman.
The officials added that two local Taliban commanders identified as Baryalai and Dawood were killed along with four other militants and adding three suspects have been arrested.
The anti-government armed militant groups including Taliban insurgents have not commented regarding the report so far.
