Seven killed, others injured after Hurrican Irma hit French Islands

PARIS: At least seven persons were killed and dozens other were injured eastern Caribbean islands when they were hit by Hurricane Irma and the officials announced to set up an emergency fund for the rehabilitation of these areas.

French Minister for overseas, Annick Giradin told media persons that two people were killed and two other reported injured in natural disaster but the situation can be change very quickly.

Similarly, French President Emmanuel Macron was informed in a meeting by the officials that the numbers would be harsh and cruel and it is expected that damage will witness on both side of the islands.
