UAE hails Pak cooperation for foreign investment

ISLAMABAD: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) economic team on Monday appreciated the cooperation of the present government for foreign investment in Pakistan and deliberated on the ways to accelerate the economic activities between the two countries.

Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Miftah Ismail held a meeting with the UAE economic team members at Finance Division, said a press release issued.

Senior officials from Finance Division attended the meeting.

The meeting also reviewed various bilateral issues of common concern. They discussed cooperation in the fields of energy, economy, and other fields.

Finance Minister Miftah Ismail apprised the UAE economic team about investment friendly policies of the present government and conducive atmosphere for investment in Pakistan.

He further assured the economic team of his full support and cooperation. (APP)
