KYIV (AFP): Ukraine said Wednesday it would send its foreign minister to a gathering of the OSCE in Malta that Russia’s top diplomat Sergei Lavrov is also scheduled to attend.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga will visit from December 4-5 for a “series of bilateral talks with his counterparts from Ukraine’s partner countries,” his ministry said.
