ISLAMABAD (APP): Punjab’s cueists Muhammad Umer Khan and Ahsan Ramzan have qualified for the final of the Jubilee Insurance 5th Under18 National Junior Championship 2020 here at the Snooker Hall of Pakistan Sports Complex.
In the semifinals played on Monday, Umer beat Shehryar Khan (Sindh) by (70-31, 73-43, 106-08(106), 59-17) while Ahsan beat Muhammad Shehryar Abbas also of Punjab by 4-0 (70-07, 63-49, 71-41, 60-1).
Earlier in the quarterfinals Result Umer beat Zubair Tahir (Punjab) 4-0 (59-2, 67-41, 60-2, 58-18); Shehryar Khan (Sindh) beat Malik Muzammil Khan (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) 4-1 (56-30, 57-52, 35-68, 85-0, 55-43); Ahsan Ramzan (Pjb) beat Hamza Ilyas (Pjb) 4-0 (66-44, 83-65, 74-09, 76-48(64); Muhammad Shehryar Abbas (Pjb) beat Kamran Albert Masih (Kp) 4-2 (50-60, 65-32, 65-03, 62-13, 60-61,71-30). The final would be played on Tuesday.
