WASHINGTON: The Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is issuing Counter Terrorism General License 21A “Authorizing Limited Safety and Environmental Transactions Involving Certain Vessels” and amending one Counter Terrorism Frequently Asked Question (1097).
In addition, the SDN list has recently been updated.
