WASHINGTON DC: The United States held Indo-Pacific Consultations with France in Washington, D.C. on February 22, 2024. They shared assessments of political, security, and economic developments in the region. Officials from both countries discussed expanding cooperation on climate resilience, critical infrastructure, maritime security, and other shared priorities in the Indo-Pacific, including challenges with regard to the PRC. Both sides agreed to continue the consultations in Paris in the coming months.
