WSHINGTON: US Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson has said US will start operations in Afghanistan after considering the ground reality of the specifics areas.
This he said while giving interview to the news channel. Tillerson said that Taliban should know that we are not going anywhere and operation against them will be started soon to restore the peace in the war affected country.
The new US strategy for Afghanistan is totally result and we consider the condition based strategy instead of time based military strategy which means that it will applying as per the ground realities, he added. Tillerson said that in Donald Trump speech he made it clear that no time frame will be given to achieve the target so it is a clear message to all that US is not going anywhere.
Regarding sending more troops to the Afghanistan, he said that the decision will be taken on the recommendations of the leaderships in the country. We are not living Afghanistan as we know that 9/11 attacks was organized from Afghanistan and we will not allow this to happen again, he informed.
