US release Rahim Haqmal assistant of Osama bin Laden

KABUL: The US released Rahim Haqmal the assistant of Osama bin Laden, in a exchange with Ryan Corbett, an American citizen from the Taliban prison. Qatar hosted negotiations between the US representatives and the Taliban regarding this deal. Pakistanis arrested Haqmal in Lahore in 2007 and later handed him over to the US government, Al-Arabia reported.
