Use of plastic banned in Punjab schools

LAHORE: The use of plastic has been banned in schools across Punjab, on Tuesday.

As per details, a letter in this regard has been issued by the School Education Department.

The letter mentioned saplings should be planted along the four walls of the school to reduce air pollution without spoiling the beauty of the playgrounds.

Moreover, garbage bins should be placed for the proper disposal.

The education authorities will be obliged to implement the orders 100 percent.
