KOHAT: In order to create a full-fledged central office that provides all kinds of essential services to the students of Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST) and daily visitors, Prof. Dr. Jamil Ahmad Vice Chancellor KUST established and inaugurated “Student Services Center (SSC)”. A formal SSC inauguration ceremony was held attended by all the Dean(s), Registrar, Heads of the department, sectional heads, faculty and students.
The Vice Chancellor while taking informed about the main functions of SSC that includes dealing student related matters, addressing admission and examinations affairs related queries, dealing students requests for any service related to academics and administration, hostel affairs, scholarship affairs and daily visitors related matters.
He also told that most of the functions of SSC will be performed through computer based system in order to avoid congestion, save time and facilitate students/visitors with one window operation. Vice Chancellor congratulated Dr. M. ZeeshanBangash (Coordinator Public Relations) and Mr. Zillidar (Dy. Registrar Admission and Student affairs) for establishing SSC as per his directions and hope that it will be providing high quality Student Centric Services in future.
