RAWALPINDI: A Pakistani woman was injured in unprovoked Indian firing across the Line of Control (LoC) on Wednesday, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
Indian troops resorted to unprovoked firing in Rawalakot sector across the LoC, the ISPR said. The cross-border firing targeted civilian population in the vicinity.
The injured woman was identified as Safina BiBi, a resident of Mandhar village, the statement read further.
She was evacuated to a nearby medical facility for necessary treatment, it added.
