20-year high purchase by Turkish tea giant

ANKARA (AA): Turkish tea giant announced Wednesday its 20-year high purchase of fresh tea in 2019.

Turkey’s General Directorate of Tea Enterprises (Caykur) bought 230,000 tons of fresh tea during the first round of shoots budded as of this year. Caykur produces processed teas including white, green, black, organic, leaf and iced tea.
