The protest demonstration was attended by large number of PPP activists. The protesters were carrying banners and placards inscribed with condemnation slogans against the PTI government and NAB.

Addressing on the occasion, the PPP leaders said that they alleged that the PTI government had arrested Asif Ali Zardari with the purpose to divert people’s attention from financial budget 2019-20 as the incumbent rulers were planning to impose huge taxes over the masses. They also blamed that the PTI central government were arresting the key political party’s heads so that to hide their failure as it had failed to deliver according to wishes of countrymen.
