4 women and a man arrested on charges of kidnapping a kid in Faryab

FARYAB (Khaama Press): Four women and man have been arrested on charges of kidnapping a kid in northenr Faryab province of Afghanistan, the Ministry of Interior said Saturday.

According to a statement released by the Ministry of Interior, the kid was abducted by three women from the 3rd police district of Maimana city two days.

The statement further added that the police forces of the Counter Crime Task Force of Faryab Police Commandment conducted an operation in Damqol Village in 1st Police District of the city which resulted into the release of the kid yesterday.

At least four women and a man have been arrested in connection to the kidnapping of the kid and an investigation is underway, the Ministry of Interior said.

The statement by the Ministry of Interior also added that the kid has been returned to his family.
