ISLAMABAD: Chief of Awami Muslim League (AML), Sheikh Rasheed has claimed that more than 40 lawmakers of the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is ready to leave the party.
This he said while talking to news channel on Friday morning. Rasheed said that Nawaz Sharif should explain the existence of 19 companies which he trying to hide behind the Iqama.
Nawaz Sharif was disqualified by Supreme Court in July this year for the work permit (Iqama) in UAE.
Sheikh Rasheed added that several member of PML-N were unhappy regarding the current situation of party more than 40 lawmakers of PML-N ready to leave the party and adding that the entire leadership from South Punjab is ready to leave the PML-N.
He was one of the three petitioners in the Supreme Court in the Panama Papers case.
