More than 40 MPAs to support no-confidence motion against Zehri: Bizenjo

QUETTA: Provincial lawmaker of Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q), Abdul Quddus Bizenjo has claimed that more than 40 members of Balochistan assembly will vote for the no-confidence motion against Balochistan Chief Minister Sanaullah Zehri.

PML-Q leadr said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Changez Marri has also assured his support for the no-confidence motion.

However, the spokesperson of CM Balochistan rejected the claims of opponents and said that those who claiming of presenting 40 lawmakers in their favor will not be able to gather 20 members in their support in the assembly.

CM Balochistan Zehri has reportedly said that he will fight against the no-confidence motion and will prove his support in the house.

The no-confidence motion will likely be presented on Tuesday (tomorrow).

Separately, Zehri contacted PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif on Sunday and conveyed to him that the issue of the no-confidence motion against him needs to be resolved.
