Ali Raza Abidi likely to rejoin MQM-Pakistan

KARACHI: Former Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan leader Ali Raza Abidi met with Farooq Sattar on Friday at his residence and he is expected to rejoin the party.

Abidi, who announced quitting the party, after the MQM-P and PSP of Mustafa Kamal decided to regroup and contest the coming election with one manifesto. Both the parties decided to disassociate the leadership based in London but the alliance was not lasted more than 24 hours.

MNA Abidi announced his resignation a day after both the Karachi bases parties announced it’s regrouping.

Private news channel claimed that Dr Farooq Sattar will also announce to induct Abidi into the party’s central decision-making committee, Raabita Committee.
