Americans among foreigners arrested, says Mujahid

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) has arrested some foreigners, including American citizens, on different charges.
The caretaker government will decide the fate of the detainees once the investigation of their cases was completed, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) spokesman says.
Zabiullah Mujahid, who did not put a specific number on the foreigners in detention, said if found innocent, they would be set free.
Without going into details, the spokesman told TOLOnews that some of the foreigners had been arrested on security grounds.
