Anurag Kashyap to oversee the post-production work of ‘Super 30’

Monitoring Desk

MUMBAI: Soon after #MeToo allegations came up against director Vikas Bahl, the producers of Super 30, as also its star Hrithik Roshan allegedly distanced themselves from the filmmaker. The film which is currently its post-production will now be overseen by Anurag Kashyap. Confirming the big update on the project, Anurag said, “At the moment I am getting Womaniya started, but yes, I will be overseeing the post-production of Super 30.”

Anurag Kashyap and Vikas Bahl were partners at Phantom Films which was later dissolved. Super 30’s release date has been delayed by months. The film is now scheduled for July 26 release. Sources close to the project revealed that even Hrithik was keen to have Anurag supervise the post-production of Super 30. Kashyap only agreed to come on board after Vikas gave his consent.

Anurag however shut down rumours of his patch up with Bahl. He said, “It’s utter crap.”
