PESHAWAR: The District and Sessions Court of Peshawar Monday pronounced the decision in favor of Awami National Party (ANP) chief Asfandyar Wali in the case of Rs 150 million damages.
According to reports, Court of Additional Sessions Judge Ijazur Rehman ordered Shaukat Yousafzai to pay Rs150 million as damages to the ANP chief.
Additional Sessions Judge Ijazur Rehman declared in the verdict that Shaukat Yousafzai did not appear in the court despite the summons.
Worthy to mention here that former minister Shaukat Yousafzai had accused Asfandyar Wali of ‘Selling Pakhtuns for two and a half million dollars’.
In response of this allegation, ANP’s Asfandyar Wali filed a case for damages against Shaukat Yousafzai in 2019 and now won the case.
