Bani Gala full of character less people: Rana Sanaullah

F.P. Report

LAHORE: Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on Monday said that a group of character less people is present in Bani Gala, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan’s residence.

Speaking to media in Lahore, Rana Sanaullah said that a female MNA Ayesha Gulalai described Imran Khan as character less but he thinks that a whole group of character less people is present in Bani Gala.

“These people, with their bad character have harmed politics in the country so much so that today people think that politics is about using foul language against each other,” said the minister.

He added that for about a whole year, politicians used foul language and leveled allegations against each other which was not a healthy trend but PTI was responsible for introducing this culture.

The PML-N stalwart hoped that such people will be wiped out of the system after 2018 elections.

Answering a question, he categorically denied the impression that PML-N was behind the ruckus outside NAB Court on October 13 which led to the postponement of indictment of ousted prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter Maryam Nawaz and her husband Captain (r) Muhammad Safdar in a graft reference filed by the accountability watchdog.

‘Spokesperson’s spokesperson’

Taking a jab at Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed, Sanaullah said that the MNA has become a spokesperson for spokesman of military’s media wing Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).

He was of the view that everyone hears what DG ISPR Asif Ghafoor says but Sheikh Rasheed gives his own meaning to the military spokesman’s words and he should be stopped from this act.
