I cannot fix system alone, says CJP Nisar

PESHAWAR: Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has admitted on Thursday that he cannot fix the country system alone because reforms in system come with law.

CJP said this while addressing to judges and presidents of various bars in Peshawar High Court bar room on Thursday. He said that we have some flaws in the judiciary system and adding that if a person does not receive justice on time it create problems in the society and he became a patient.

He added that the country’s law made in 1801 and 1802 have not been updated, however it is not the fault of Supreme Court, the parliament have the responsibility of introducing laws in the better interest of the people and country.

On the occasion, CJP appreciated the work of Justice Dost Muhammad and adding that we bought a gift for him and his wife but his letter came, that he does not wish to take reference.
