CDWP approves Quetta-Zhob section of Western route project of CPEC

ISLAMABAD: Central Development Working Party has approved the project of Quetta-Zhob section of Western route of China Pakistan Economic Corridor project.

Its meeting was held in Islamabad on Thursday with Planning Minister Makhdoom Khusro Bakhtyar in the chair.

Addressing the meeting, the Minister said government is giving priority to construction of western route and is committed to socio political development of deprived areas.

The meeting also approved two projects worth 910 million rupees and sent three projects worth 960 million rupees to ECNEC for final approval.
