Crackdown in Landikotal bazaar

LANDIKOTAL: The Political Tehsildar, Landi kotal paid a surprise visit to Landi Kotal bazaar on Monday and inspected hygienic condition of butcher shops, checked price lists and qualities of different edibles and other commodities being sold.

Tehsildar Shams-ul-Islam along with other administration officials visited different sections of the bazaar and expressed his deep concern over the prevailed unclean condition of the markets. He arrested 11 beef sellers for poor cleanness condition. T

o discourage cheating trend among the students on the eve of the Senior School Certificate (SSC) exam, the official also seized approximately 1100 guides of different subjects from number of book stores. A software programmer was apprehended and put behind the bars for allegedly downloading immoral videos and prints. Tehsildar Shams-ul-Islam said that they have decided launching a massive crackdown against all anti- social elements in the area. He added that no one would be left to misguide the youth community of Landi Kotal.
