KABUL (Agencies): Afghanistan National Security Advisor (NSA) Hamdullah Mohib met Egyptian Ambassador to Kabul Hany Salah here in his office, a statement said.
Egyptian Ambassador said his country was ready to support Afghanistan in areas of security, higher education, Islamic and cultural spheres as well as in war on terror, the statement from press office of the NSA said.
Both sides discussed fight against extremism in Afghanistan with Egyptian ambassador reiterating his country’s continued support to Afghanistan, the statement said.
Calling Egypt’s role key in decreasing violence and extremism in the country, NSA Mohib praised the country’s cooperation in areas of education and training of the Afghan youth, the statement concluded as saying.
