Fawad asks India to grant Kashmiris right

F.P. Report

ISLAMABAD: Federal  Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain on Monday asked  India to shun its intransigence and allow the Kashmiri people to exercise their right to self-determination through a free and fair plebiscite.

In a tweet, the minister said India had deployed 700,000 troops in the occupied valley and  there was deployment of one Indian soldier for every ten Kashmiris.

He said despite spending billions of rupees on security in Occupied Kashmir, the situation was  not under the control of India and it did not have the courage to hold elections.

In another tweet, Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said that previously he alone spoke of Nobel Prize for Prime Minister Imran Khan but now the American newspaper “Christian Science Monitor” has also called for granting Nobel Prize to Prime Minister Imran Khan since the world was saved from a big war due to his peace initiatives. He said India was being ridiculed across the world today for his non-serious attitude.

He said that India had threatened to strike inside Pakistan but no one had the courage to do so in the presence of brave armed forces of the country.
