FM praises Chinese development projects

KABUL (Agencies): Minister of Foreign Affairs Slahuddin Rabbani met deputy to International Liaison Department of the Communist Party of China, Wang Yajuan, here in his office.

Wang hinted to bilateral relations of Afghanistan and China, saying his country shares the same interests as of Afghanistan and applauded the enhancing bilateral trade and investments relations between the two countries.

He also reiterated his country’s support of the Afghan-led peace talks, aiming to bring about durable peace in the country, the agency added.

Calling China as the old and trusted friend of Afghanistan, FM Rabbani thanked the neighboring country’s development projects in the country.

Both sides also discussed peace process, regional approach for peace in Afghanistan and upcoming presidential elections, the agency said.
