NEW DELHI: Former Indian Skipper, Mahendra Singh Dhoni has said that Indo-Pakistan cricket had become a political issue and now it is depended on the both governments to work for the revival of cricket between the two neighboring countries.
Dhoni said that match between Pakistan and India is not just a game it much more than game between the arch rival and the decision of its revival should be left on governments.
This he said while addressing to local level cricket match as the chief guest at the cricket match where he spoke to the media. Dhoni believes politics should not affect sports, but the issue of Indian team was a separate matter.
