SWABI: The high electricity bills have irked the residents of Union Council (UC) Sheikh Jana Swabi, who demanded PESCO authorities to immediately withdraw additional units from the last month bill to provide relief to people.
The elders of UC Sheikh Jana including Gul Zada, Sher Afsar, Daraz Khan and Naseer Muhammad in a press statement here alleged that additional units were sent without taking correct meters reading and photographs that have put an extra financial burden on the consumers besides added their difficulties. They said people of UC Jana was extending full cooperation with PESCO by regularly paying electricity bills and including of additional units in electricity bills was a great injustice with them.
