Hurriyat leaders under house arrest in occupied Kashmir

SRINAGAR: Indian occupied force arrested Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Muhammad Yasin Malik on Friday from his residence in Srinagar.

Spokesman of JKLF told local media that Indian forces arrested Yasin Malik to stop him from leading the protest against the recent braid-chopping incidents in the Indian occupied Kashmir.

The real and resistance leadership of occupied Kashmir including Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik has called for protest after the Jumma prayers against the braid-chopping and atrocities committing by Indian forces in the occupied valley.

Meanwhile, the authorities have imposed restrictions in Rainawari, Khanyar, Nowhatta, Safakadal, Maharaj Gunj, Maisuma, Kralkhud and other areas of Srinagar and announced the suspension of train services after 1 pm today.
