IHC seeks reply from ECP in FM case

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday sought reply from the Election Commission of Pa-kistan in a case challenging the eligibility of Minister for Foreign affairs Khawaja Asif as member of the parliament.

A three-member larger bench of the IHC comprising Justice Athar Minallah, Justice Aamer Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhter Kiyani heard the petition filed by PTI leader Usman Dar.
