ISIS militants beheaded two civilians in Kunar over spying charges

KUNAR: The members of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), a terrorist group have beheaded two civilians in Kunar province over the charges of spying.

Local officials told that the men were kidnapped and later they were beheaded as the terrorist group blamed them of spying to the foreign forces and the government.

Provincial governor Wahidullah Kalimzai confirmed the beheading incident of civilians but rejected the claims by the ISIS terrorist group regarding the involvement of the victims in espionage.

The latest incident takes place amid ongoing operations against the terror group in Kunar and other parts of the country.
