KUNAR (Agencies): with the financial support of the Islamic Relief Organization, cleaning and reconstruction works of 4.5 kilometers of canals have been started In Shigal district of Kunar, which 742 people get busy working.
Kunar community expressed happiness over the launched of the projects some saying that such projects is important in water supply, prevention of water pollution and providing work opportunities to the people.
They called for more support of the governmental and non-governmental organization on launching such projects in that province.
Mawlawi Ezatullah Hedayat, the director of agriculture of Kunar province, says that department strives to implement other such projects and help in the economic empowerment of the people by obtaining agricultural permits.
