Minister meet scholars association

KABUL (BNA): Acting Minister of Interior, Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, while meeting with the high-ranking delegation of the Islamic World Scholars Association, called the visit of this delegation to the country a good means of connecting Afghanistan with the Islamic world.
Haqqani said in this meeting that we are suffering from the injustices of the Palestinian Muslims and the injustices of the Jewish occupiers. He expressed his hope that as a result of the resistance of the Palestinians, the Palestinian land will be freed from the grip of the invaders.
The acting head of the Ministry of Interior also said that the future is in the hands of Afghanistan’s scholars and they can better understand the interests and priorities of the country.
At the same time, Dr. Ali Qara Daghi spoke on behalf of the said delegation and called the struggle of Afghans for independence in Afghanistan a torch for the Muslims of the world and a historical victory of the Islamic world.
He mentioned the problem of Palestine as a common pain of the Islamic Ummah. Referring to Qatar’s aid to Afghanistan, Qara Daghi assured the continuation of cooperation with Afghanistan.
At the same time, Sheikh Dr. Nawaf Takroori, the head of the Palestinian Scholars Association, said in this meeting that the oppressed nations of the world take inspiration from the 20-year struggle and heroism of the Afghans.
According to him, the struggle of the Palestinian people and Mujahideen against the oppressors continues, but all the Muslims of the world have a responsibility to support the oppressed Muslims.
The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Interior thanked the Qatari government for its assistance to the victims of the earthquake in Herat province and the good advice of the delegation of the Islamic World Scholars Association.
