ISLAMABAD: President Dr Arif Alvi says Pakistan has responded to the recent Indian aggression in a very responsible manner which reflects country’s love for peace.
Addressing the convocation of COMSATS University in Islamabad on Wednesday, he said contrary to Pakistan’s efforts for eliminating fanaticism, India is somehow promoting extremism in the region and expressed disappointment over Indian attitude.
He said that after countering tough domestic problems, Pakistan is now moving towards stability.
The President called for pursuing development agenda to reinvigorate education which is imperative for national progress and prosperity.
He stressed for industry-driven education so that fresh graduate could become integral part of nation-building organizations.
Dr Arif Alvi urged students to strive for unlocking new avenues of business and employment opportunities through the academic knowledge they have acquired during their studies.
