Pakistan wants to assist Afghanistan in all sectors: Khawaja Asif

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif has said Pakistan is ready to assist Afghanistan in all sectors including security and wants to strengthen our ties furthermore in the future.

Khawaja Asif said this to Afghan counterpart during telephonic conversation, as per the foreign ministry.

Asif said that Pakistan gives importance to its neighbors especially Afghanistan as we shared brotherly relation in past and wants to continue this relation in the future and adding that Pakistan support all the steps or initiative taken by the Afghan leadership in the better interest of masses and ensuring the peace in Afghanistan.

Pakistan gives importance to its relations with Afghanistan, said the foreign minister and added that Pakistan supports the steps taken by the Afghan leadership to ensure peace in Afghanistan.

Foreign Ministers of both the countries agreed to work together in the future as it is in the better interest of both the countries and the region.
