HAFIZABAD: The three dacoits, who had snatched away Rs. 5,73,000 from a fertilizer dealer Shahbaz of Sukheke few days ago have been arrested by the Sukheke police.
The snatched amount was also recovered from the dacoits (Fiaz, Shabbir and Javed) which have been handed over to the victim by the DPO. The same police have also arrested a bandit Nadeem who was responsible for snatching thousands of rupees from the gypsies at gunpoint and stealing thousands of rupees from the safes of different mosques of the town.
Similarly, A villager was deprived of his bike, Rs. 42,000/- and cell phone by two armed bandits near Dhariwal village.
According to police source, Sharafat Ali of Muzaffar Nau was on way to his village on his bike No. HZK-4225 when two armed bandits intercepted him and snatched away his bike and cash. The police are investigating.
